Resurrection of Jesus Christ is indeed a gift. It gives me a constant and steadfast hope that all is not lost in suffering and death.
It gives an anchor on the fact that suffering and death are passing by.
Without suffering there is no sense of a 'non-suffering'. Suffering does not mean that you are bad or cursed, though sometimes suffering could be caused by our own misdeeds.
But suffering is a sign that we are on the right path, whether it is physical or spiritual suffering. It is upto us , to suffer with an ideal, with a goal, and not let it bring us down.
The resurrection gives us this goal or ideal.

On 3rd May, Pramod Mahajan died.
It was sad. He was a good leader, though he had his weaknesses like all of us do.
His brother showed no remorse ,say the media.
What strikes me is that his brother, who is responsible for his condition, might have suffered terribly under him, if it could lead him to do such an heinous act.
I guess one must sympathise with him.
All things happen for the good, if not ours, for that of another.
However it is a shocking incident and great loss for those who have loved Mr. Pramod Mahajan.
Losing a loved one is very difficult....
